I specialise in back pain and disc injuries, Shoulder injuries, neck pain/headaches and knee injuries. However, I also work with many other types of injuries.

I will assess goals such as weight loss, muscle gain, toning, postural corrective exercise and stress management. From there, I will then complete a global body assessment to identify any imbalances or injuries.
An individual training plan will then be designed to target your needs.
Private kickboxing, yoga and core training sessions are also available.
